Smoothies
Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients- non-dairy milk, strawberries, strawberry jam
-Frozen fruit to add thickness and chill the smoothie
-Jam to add flavor but make sure you get jam that doesn’t have any added sugar. All sugars should be natural and come from the fruits themselves
Kale and lime Smoothie
Ingredients- 1/2 bunch of kale, chopped
Granny Smith apple peeled and chopped
1 Lebanese cucumber chopped
40g of spinach
1 tsp of ginger
1 lime peeled and chopped
400 ml of coconut water/milk
Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients- 1 cup of blueberries (frozen)
250mL dairy free milk
2 tablespoons of non-dairy yogurt
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
10 grams of oats
Can also add chia seeds
